Then, the cutting instrument, made in the form of a plate detachably connected to the handle with a means for fastening to the handle from one end and with a tip from the other end, is introduced into the mentioned access at an acute angle to the planta. The tip is made with three cutting edges made in the form of a double-sided blade, the first of which - longitudinal-angled - is oriented outward and consists of a part of the plate lower rib and a rear cut, inclined to the rib at an angle of β=125-130°, and with a smooth transition to the second cutting edge directed to the upper edge of the plate in the direction of its second end at an angle of α=35-45°. The second cutting edge forms a side cut which smoothly passes into the third cutting edge - the end cut made in the form of a plate end bordering, which can be extended along the upper rib. The tip length is L1≤3.5H of the plate, and the overall width of the tip is Hg≤1.7 of the plate width. The cutting instrument is presented at an angle of δ=55-60° to the foot plane. Then, the fascia is cut by inside-out translational motions from the aponeurosis medial edge to the lateral edge inward and along the cutting instrument and back by cutting motions. Then, missed areas are cut, the fascia is palpated in a strained state and the remaining deep portions of the aponeurosis are cut, bone detritus is treated with burr and rasp and removed, and the wound is sutured.EFFECT: method increases the surgery effectiveness by minimizing the risk of postoperative complications due to elimination of cut gaps of the damaged fascia fibers.2 cl, 14 dwg, ex
