The present invention relates to an unsexual propagation method for Yulgok plum (Prunus mume) trees and the Yulgok plum trees grown by using the same. More specifically, the method uses the seedlings yet to be merged with the grafted trees and spurs of the Yulgok plum trees. The method includes: a support tree preparation step of growing sprouts (11) on the seedlings and cutting all the sprouts (11) off except for one by 3-5 cm from the ground to prepare a support tree (10)； a grafting preparation method of cutting the base or spurs (20) of the Yulgok plum tree and cutting off all the petioles (21) and immersing the spurs (20) in a water container； and a grafting step of cutting the center of the support tree (10) by 1.5 to 2 cm and cutting the lower parts of the spurs like a wedge by 1.5 cm to insert the cut spurs into the center and bonding the parts together by using a photolysis tape. Accordingly, the present invention can re-graft the support tree (10) yet to be merged with the grafted seedlings and quickly prepare the seedlings by using the spurs (20) without using succulent shoots from the conventional Yulgok plum trees, thereby enhancing the qualities of the plums to increase the income of a relevant farm. 본 발명의 율곡매실나무의 무성 번식방법과 그 방법으로 이루어지는 율곡매실나무묘목에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 접목 후 활착이 되지 못한 묘목과 율곡매실나무의 단과지를 이용하되, 상기 묘목에서 새순(11)을 재배하여 자라난 다수의 새순(11)중 하나만 남기고 모두 잘라낸 후, 상기 새순(11)을 지상부에서 3~5cm 위치를 잘라 대목(10)을 준비하는 대목준비단계와, 단과지(20)가 붙어 있는 상기 율곡매실나부의 기부 또는 단과지(20)만 잘라서 잎자루(21)를 모두 잘라내고 물통에 담는 접수준비단계와, 상기 대목(10)의 중앙부를 1.5~2cm깊이 수직으로 절개한 다음 상기 단과지(20)의 하부를 길이 1.5cm 위치에서 양면으로 쐐기처럼 깎아 상기 대목(10)에 절개된 부분에 삽입한 후 광분해테이프를 이용하여 접붙인 자리와 접수 전체를 감싸는 접목단계로 이루어지며, 이러한 방법을 통해 율곡매실나무 묘목을 완성할 수 있어, 1차적으로 접목 후 활착이 되지 않는 대목(10)을 폐기하지 않고 재 접목함과 아울러, 통상의 율곡매실나무의 도장지를 이용하지 않고 단과지(20)를 이용하여 묘목의 조기생산을 할 수 있고, 율곡매실나무에서 열리는 우수한 품질의 열매 생산을 극대화 할 수 있게 됨은 물론 묘목생산농가나 매실소득증대에 크게 기여할 수 있는 경제적 효율성이 높은 유용한 발명인 것이다.
