The invention relates to an aqueous disinfectant for disinfecting inanimate surfaces, a concentrate for producing the GO application solution, and the use of the disinfectant to eliminate microorganisms. The combination of a plurality of organic acids according to the invention is, surprisingly, a synergistic composition and enables adequate germicidal action. Surprisingly, adequate microbicidal effectiveness against a broad spectrum of microorganisms can thereby be achieved in a short exposure time without further active ingredients.
