To provide a crop trampling prevention device that allows maintenance work of a traveling machine body to be easily performed.SOLUTION: A crop trampling prevention device comprises a trampling prevention frame 10 arranged on an unloading side of a traveling machine body 101, and a lifting/lowering mechanism 30 for lifting/lowering the trampling prevention frame 10. The trampling prevention frame 10 is constituted so as to include a lifting/lowering frame 11 to be lifted/lowered by the lifting/lowering mechanism 30, a guard frame 21 rotatably attached to the lifting/lowering frame 11, and a rotation restriction mechanism for restricting rotation of the guard frame 21 at a guard position and an open position respectively. Before maintenance of the traveling machine body 101 is performed, the guard frame 21 is rotated from the guard position to the open position.
