To this effect, the invention concerns an aqueous ionic solution comprising: - as the aqueous solvent, at least 20 %, by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, of a hypertonic solution of mineral salts having an osmolality greater than 350 mOsm/kg, - at least 50 % of one or more polyols of plant origin, by weight relative to the total weight of the ionic solution, - at least one sucrose C8-C24 fatty acid ester, by weight relative to the total weight of the ionic solution, - a non-alcoholic extract of propolis and/or between 1 and 8% honey, by weight relative to the total weight of the ionic solution.La présente invention concerne une solution ionique aqueuse, à base de sels minéraux dissous, notamment destinée aux soins de la gorge, en particulier au traitement, à la prévention et au soulagement des manifestations liées aux maux de gorge.
