PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health managing apparatus and so forth for sensing the leakage of excrement from a care-receiver.SOLUTION: This health managing apparatus 3 receives an identification element which consistently specifies an excrement sucking machine and a physical quantity regarding excrement from the excrement sucking machine 2. Then, the health managing apparatus 3 searches a threshold value information database 38 with the received identification element as a search key, and acquires a value indicating the range of the physical quantity of an applicable record.
