An electromechanical auxiliary equipment for the lifting and guided displacement of loads comprising a ceiling (24) equipped with at least one surface (29) with a flat shape made of ferromagnetic material and a movable motorised platform (21) kept in proximity to said ceiling (24) thanks to a magnetic force of attraction exercised by magnets (28) placed on the upper face (25) of said platform (21) facing towards said ferromagnetic ceiling (24) wherein the mechanical contact between said ceiling (24) and said movable platform (21) is obtained through rotating members (32, 33), some of which (32) are motorised, adapted to contrast said magnetic force of attraction and to allow at the same time the relative sliding of said platform with respect to said ceiling, said equipment comprising at least one gripping element (62) for a load (22) to be transported in a suspended condition and at least one mechanical connection apparatus (23) with controlled activation between said gripping element (62) and said movable platform (21), wherein said connection apparatus (23) comprises means (34, 35) for detecting the weight of said load and means (42, 43) for detecting the direction imparted on said load transferred to said means (34, 25, 42, 43) through said connection apparatus (23), for determining the direction of the platform (21) and the traction of said connection apparatus (23) through a centralised control system.
