An automatic loading stretcher system arranged in a compartment. The stretcher system comprises stretcher assemblies (11, 12), link mechanisms and a control system. The link mechanism swings to enable the stretcher assembly (11, 12) to rotate, lift, extend out of or retract back to the compartment. Each stretcher assembly (11, 12) comprises a stretcher platform (13) and a guide table (49). Stretchers (14) are detachably installed on the guide table (49). The guide table (49) can move forward and backward on the stretcher platform (11, 12). The control system comprises a programmable controller (77), an electromagnetic valve (75) and proximity switches (71, 72, 73, 74). The control system controls a cylinder (24) to drive the link mechanism to swing and controls a motor (42) to drive the guide table (49) to move forward and backward, and a plurality of automatic loading stretcher systems can be installed in the compartment. The automatic loading stretcher system has the advantages that the guide table can be automatically placed outside the carriage so that the wounded can be conveniently and safely loaded and unloaded a stretcher fixer can fix the stretchers on the guide table conveniently and the efficiency of transporting the wounded is improved due to the plurality of stretcher systems.
