The present invention relates to a fertilizer composition for preventing browning in fruits or vegetables, and a method of cultivating fruits or vegetables prevented from browning by using the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a fertilizer composition for preventing browning in fruits or vegetables, comprising as an effective component, a fermentation product of mixed herb medicines including i) lower grade ginseng or ginseng stems, ii) platycodon and deodeok skins, and iii) kudzu； and to a method of producing the same. Additionally, the present invention relates to a method of treating a fertilizer composition for preventing browning in fruits or vegetables.
