This invention is associated with surgical implants with anti-adhesive, antibacterial and hemostatic properties to use in hernia repair. These implants comprise: a) Bilayer intraperitoneal mesh, which has certain thickness and porosity was prepared with combination of PP Mesh and blend system of biodegradable polyester-based polymers and polysaccharides coated on PP layer as nanofibers via electrospun technique, and, b) Double and/or triple-layer extraperitonal composite mesh, was prepared with blend systems of biodegradable polyester-based polymers and/or polysaccharides formed on PP/polyester woven material via different coating methods.La présente invention est associée à des implants chirurgicaux ayant des propriétés anti-adhésives, antibactériennes et hémostatiques à utiliser dans la réparation des hernies. Ces implants comprennent : a) une maille intrapéritonéale bicouche, qui a une certaine épaisseur et une certaine porosité, a été préparée avec une combinaison de maille PP et d'un système mélangé de polymères biodégradables à base de polyester et de polysaccharides enrobés sur la couche de PP en tant que nanofibres par l'intermédiaire d'une technique électrofilée, et, b) une maille composite extrapéritonéale à double et/ou triple couche, avec des systèmes mélangés de polymères biodégradables à base de polyester et/ou de polysaccharides formés sur un matériau tissé PP/polyester par l'intermédiaire de différents procédés de revêtement.
