The present invention relates to an intubation device of the type comprising an intubation blade (1), said blade (1) comprising: - a tongue-depressing sole (11)； - a projecting portion (13) extending above said sole； - A fastening element (15) adapted to cooperate with a handle (2) and disposed under said sole (11)； and - a light guide (3). According to the invention, in a characteristic manner, said projecting portion (13) comprises an upper face (133) which comprises a damping portion (139) able to come into contact in particular with the upper incisors (I) of the patient during intubation and at least said damping portion (139) has a hardness less than that of said sole (11) and / or the remainder of said upper face (133). La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'intubation du type comprenant une lame d'intubation (1), ladite lame (1) comprenant : - une semelle abaisse-langue(11) ； - une portion en saillie (13) qui s'étend au-dessus de ladite semelle； - un élément de fixation (15) apte à coopérer avec un manche (2) et disposé sous ladite semelle (11)； et - un guide de lumière (3).
