The present invention provides a front neck accessory, which comprises a protection cushion. The two opposite sides of the protection cushion are provided with a first contact portion and a second contact portion, in which the first contact portion crosses the collar bone of the user and the second contact portion is used to carry the mandible of the user, such that the protection cushion may provide support between the collar bone and the mandible to diminish the head stretching gesture of the user and to share the weight on the neck for supporting the head. Thus, the present invention may reduce the damage to the cervical vertebra, and the resulted muscle fatigue on both sides of the cervical vertebra.
