The present invention discloses a fruit stalk removing machine, which includes a working bench, wherein the working bench is arranged with a driving member, a stalk removing unit and a transmission unit. When the driving unit is in operation to drive a cutting cylinder and a pushing cylinder through the transmission unit, the cutting cylinder and the pushing cylinder rotate along opposite directions, such that the stalk of the fruit after shaving can be extended into a cutting groove of the cutting cylinder. When the pushing cylinder pushes the fruit, the rotational directions of the cutting cylinder and the pushing cylinder are opposite to each other, such that a scissor-like cutting effect is provided between the cutting cylinder and the pushing cylinder, so as to smoothly cut the long stalk of the fruit by reverse rotations between the cutting cylinder and the pushing cylinder, thereby achieving the purposes of labor saving, time saving and high efficiency.本發明係一種果實去蒂機，其包含一機台，該機台上設置一驅動件一去蒂單元及一傳動單元，該驅動件運轉時，透過該傳動單元帶動切割筒與推送筒，讓切割筒與推送筒相互反向轉動，所以除鬚後的果實的蒂頭可伸入該切割筒的切槽，於推送筒推送果實時，切割筒與推送筒的轉動方向相反，讓該切割筒與推送筒之間形成如剪刀般的剪切效果，讓果實過長的蒂頭順利被反向轉動切割筒與推送筒剪斷，達到省工省時並提高效率的目的。
