To provide a novel washing and sterilization liquid which has no harm on human beings or animals, had no remaining of a cloudy component even when sprayed to a surface of vegetables or the like, and can continuously and economically supply a large amount of sterilization deodorant liquid in a large sized facility such as a food processing factory or stock farm.SOLUTION: There is provided a shell calcium washing and sterilization liquid 1 having no remaining of white powdery residues on visual observation even when used for wash and sterilization of vegetables or the like and no need for rinsing, in which a shell calcium powder solution 4 by mixing 1 liter of water and 1 g or 2 g of a shell calcium powder 3 is filtrated with an unwoven fabric made filter 5 with density of 45 g/m2 or 50 g/m2 and thickness of 0.08 mm or 0.19 mm to make a strong alkali ion water (calcium hydroxide solution) which is colorless transparent on visual observation and has hydrogen ion index PH12 or PH14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】人畜無害であって、野菜などの表面に噴霧した場合にも白濁成分が残存せず、食品加工工場や牧場などの大規模な施設内で大量の除菌消臭液を、連続的にしかも経済的に供給することができる新たな洗浄・除菌液の提供。【解決手段】水１リットルに対して貝殻カルシウム粉末３の１ｇないし２ｇの割合で混合された貝殻カルシウム粉末水溶液４が、密度４５ｇ／ｍ２ないし５０ｇ／ｍ２および厚さ０．０８ｍｍないし０．１９ｍｍの不織布製フィルター５に濾過され、目視上の無色透明化された水素イオン指数ＰＨ１２ないしＰＨ１４の強アルカリイオン水（水酸化カルシウム水溶液）とされ、野菜類の洗浄、除菌に利用した場合にも白い粉状の残存物が目視上で残らず、濯ぎ洗いが不要となるものとされた貝殻カルシウム洗浄・除菌液１。【選択図】図１
