PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating sterilization method and device, which enables a food product, etc. difficult to heat and a food product, etc. easy to heat, filled in different individual regions in a same container, to be heat sterilized at a time, while the quality and appearance, etc. of the products are properly maintained.SOLUTION: A product to be heat sterilized by the heating sterilization device includes a first food product difficult to heat and a second food product easy to heat, which are filled in different individual regions, respectively, in a same container.
