The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, and atopic dermatitis alleviation containing fermented tea as an active component, and to a method for preparing the same. More specifically, provided is a cosmetic composition containing fermented tea by obtaining a fermented liquid having tea primarily fermented with Saccharomyces, secondarily fermented with Gluconacetobacter, and tertiarily fermented with bacillus or an extract extracting the fermented liquid to have excellent effects of anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, and atopic skin treatment and to not have side effects of skin stimulation. Thus, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, and atopic dermatitis alleviation containing the fermented tea having anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, and atopic skin treatment effects by controlling activities of a lipoxygenase and a hyaluronidase, and removing free radical as an active component, and to a method for preparing the same.
