Medication delivery device (1) comprising: - a tubular housing (20) having a proximal end (11) and an opposite distal end (12); - actuating means configured to act on a medication reservoir to expel a medicament; - clamping means configured to hold said drive means in a prestressed state; - activation means configured to interact with said fastening means to release said actuation means from the prestressed state, in which the activation means is a tubular activation element (30) arranged in a sliding and coaxial manner in relation to the housing ( 20) tubular; and a reservoir holding element (50) coaxially disposed within the tubular activation element (30) and fixedly attached to the tubular housing (20), in which the drug reservoir (80) is disposed within said element ( 50) for holding a reservoir and wherein said medicament reservoir comprises a predetermined volume of medication, a sliding stopper (83) and an administration element (61), wherein the actuating means comprise a stem (90) of piston and a first elastic element (91) which is prestressed disposed within the piston rod and in which said piston rod is arranged to be in contact with the sliding plug within the medicament reservoir, in which the holding means are a tubular extension part (22) fixedly connected to the distal end of the tubular housing (20) and a tubular operating element (100) that is rotatably and coaxially arranged on a proximal part of the tubular extension part, being interactively connected to both the tubular extension part and the tubular activation element, such that when said tubular activation element is pressed against an administration site it is rotated said tubular operating element in relation to said tubular extension part whereby said actuation means are released from the prestressed state to exert pressure on the sliding plug (83) and thereby expel the medicament, in which the device comprises in addition, feedback means configured to interact with both said fastening me
