The present invention relates to a needleless injection device comprising: a housing； an injection unit coupled to be removable from one side of the housing and storing a drug； a shaft provided to slide in the housing, sliding toward the injection unit and discharging the drug stored in the injection unit to the outside； and an operation unit provided in the housing and sliding the shaft.
