PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cold confectionery shell having a proper hardness, while preventing generation of a needle crystal.SOLUTION: A method for producing a cold confectionery shell including freezing and solidifying a cold confectionery mix along the inner surface of a mold comprises performing a fine crystal dispersion step S1 of dispersing fine ice crystals in the cold confectionery mix and a filling step S2 of filling the mold with the cold confectionery mix having the dispersed fine ice crystals. Between the fine crystal dispersion step and the filling step, the dispersion state of the fine ice crystals is maintained.
