A drill guide for use with an orthopaedic drilling device includes a base and a sleeve movably coupled to the base. The base is configured to be coupled to a surgically-prepared surface of a patients bone and includes cylindrical body defining a passageway therethrough and a pin coupled to the body. The sleeve includes a slot and the pin of the base is received through the slot of the sleeve.
