The present invention relates to a controlled-release pharmaceutical composition which can be prepared by a simpler process and exhibits predetermined release-controlling properties for users to take the composition once a day, while suppressing the degradation of mirabegron. The controlled-release pharmaceutical composition contains: an active ingredient including mirabegron or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient； and polyethylene oxide having a viscosity of 30 to 17,600 cp and a viscosity average molecular weight of 100,000 to 900,000 at 25°；C and in a 5 wt% aqueous solution condition.
