PURPOSE: A low viscosity cosmetic composition of oil-in-water type is provided to enhance formulation stability and skin safety. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains branched chain polymers and active ingredients. The branched chain polymers are acrylate/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymers, acrylates/C12-22 alkyl methacrylate copolymer, acrylates/beheneth-25 methacrylate copolymer, acrylates/ceteth-20 methacrylate copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/ sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, or ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer. The active ingredients are solid ingredients including surfactant, fat, wax, high carbon number alcohol, higher fatty acid, and hydro carbon； or liquid ingredient including oil, ester, hydrocarbon and silicon.본 발명은 제형 안정성 및 피부 안전성이 우수한 저점도 수중유형 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 친유성 알킬 사슬을 곁가지로 갖는 분지쇄형 고분자를 유효성분으로 포함하여 우수한 제형 안정성과 피부 안전성을 나타내는 저점도 수중유형 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
