A method for generating a signal shape (w1 ) for an electro- stimulation signal (w1) for healing wounds by electro-stimulation by way of an electrode (E1) which has an encoding member (6) with a code word (cw) which identifies therapeutic treatments, and is coupled to indicators (i1, i2) which indicate which treatments have to be activated. The signal shape (w1) is formed systematically from base signals capable of being parameterized such as a DC signal and two pulse trains, the parameters and the timing of which are formed systematically and applied where necessary, in accordance with the combined therapies. The generation of signal shapes for a plurality of electrodes is also disclosed.L'invention porte sur un procédé de génération d'une forme de signal (w1) pour un signal de stimulation électrique (w1) destiné à soigner des blessures par stimulation électrique au moyen d'une électrode (E1) qui comprend un élément de codage (6) doté d'un mot de code (cw) qui identifie des traitements thérapeutiques, et est couplée à des indicateurs (i1, i2) qui indiquent quels traitements doivent être activés. La forme de signal (w1) est formée systématiquement à partir de signaux de base aptes à être paramétrés, tels qu'un signal de courant continu (CC) et deux trains d'impulsions, dont les paramètres et le positionnement temporel sont formés systématiquement, et appliquée à l'endroit nécessaire, conformément aux thérapies combinées.
