PURPOSE: An automatic insulin supplying device and a method thereof are provided to automatically sense that a diabetes patient exercises when a blood sugar level is high and to control an insulin dosage amount. CONSTITUTION: An automatic insulin supplying device includes a blood sugar measurement unit (100), a control unit (240), and an insulin dosage unit (120). The blood sugar measurement unit measures the blood sugar level of a patient. The control unit determines whether a measured blood sugar level is a predetermined blood sugar level, determines whether it is blood sugar change time when the measured blood sugar level is higher than the predetermined blood sugar level, and determines an insulin dosage amount according to obtained exercise amount information by obtaining exercise amount information on a patient when it is not blood sugar change time.
