A composition comprising a compound of formula (IIa): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and one or more other therapeutic agents, in which each of R and R is independently H or C-C1-6alkyl, optionally substituted with one or more -QT, where Q represents a bond or an unsubstituted or substituted C-C1-6alkyl linker, and T is H, halogen, 4-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, C-C1-6alkyl, OR, COOR, —S (O) R or —NRR, where each of R and R is independently H either C-C1-6alkyl or -QT is oxo； R is isopropyl sulphide and C-C1-6alkyl, C-Cycloalkyl, piperidinyl, tetrahydropyran, tetrahydro-2H-thiopyranyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl, or 4-12 membered heterocycloalkyl, each optionally substituted with one or more -QT, where Q is a bond, C (O) , C (O) NR, NRC (O), S (O), or a C-C1-6alkyl linker, R4 represents H or C-C1-6alkyl, and T4 represents H, halogen, C-C1-6alkyl, hydroxyl, cyano, C-alkoxyl, amino , mono-C-Salkylamino, di-C-Salkylamino, C-Cycloalkyl, C-Saryl, 4-12 membered heterocycloalkyl, 5- or 6 membered heteroaryl or S (O) R, where q is 0, 1 or 2 , and R represents th C-C1-6alkyl, C-Salkenyl, C-C1-6alkynyl, C-Cycloalkyl, C-Saryl, 4-12 membered heterocycloalkyl or 5- or 6 membered heteroaryl, and T is optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, C-C1-6alkyl, hydroxyl, cyano, C-Salkoxyl, amino, mono-C-Salkylamino, di-C-Salkylamino, C-Cycloalkyl, C-Saryl, 4-12 membered heterocycloalkyl and 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl except where T is H, halogen, hydroxyl or cyano； or -Q-T is oxo； and R is H, methyl or ethyl. 2.
