PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic emulsified liquid seasoning capable of enhancing fresh flavors of fresh vegetables despite having a milky flavor as an intrinsic characteristic.SOLUTION: The provided milk-flavored acidic emulsified liquid seasoning is a milk-flavored acidic emulsified liquid seasoning including 0.2-1.5% of acetic acid and having attributes not only of being mixed with 2-20% of a sweet buttermilk (solid content standard), being mixed with a total of 0.5-15 parts of at least one type selected from among fructose, sucrose, and glucose with respect to 1 part of the sweet buttermilk (solid content standard), being mixed with an Allioideae and/or Apiaceae vegetable, and being mixed with xanthan gum but also of exhibiting a viscosity of 1-50 Pa s.
