The present invention relates to a roaster which can execute a quick heating operation. The roaster includes a tank for a heat medium, a heater heating the heat medium, and a pump conveying the heat medium. Inlet and outlet pipes are integrated to convey the heat medium heated in the tank. The roster also includes a heating device and a rotating device for a pot configured to easily rotate. The pot includes an inner layer storing grains and heat medium circulating pipes providing high-temperature heat to the pot. The roaster prevents the heat from being emitted to the outside to enable a fresh working environment while protecting workers from high-temperature heat.
