PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for allowing a resin to permeate to the deepest end of an acicular recess in a transfer plate in a process of mounting a biodegradable resin material on the transfer plate having the acicular recess, keeping the resin material at an appropriate temperature to soften, then pressing the resin material for a predetermined time to fill the acicular recess with the resin and gradually cooling the resin material.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing an acicular structure is provided, which includes: resin material loading means for loading a transfer plate where an acicular shape of an acicular structure is transferred with a resin material； resin material heating means for heating and melting the resin material on the transfer plate； pressing means for pressing the molten resin material to fill the acicular portion of the transfer plate； and cooling means for cooling and curing the molded resin material. The steps of heating the resin material by the resin material heating means and pressing the resin material by the pressing means are repeated in this order twice or more.
