PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably analyze a noise included in a living body sound.SOLUTION: A living body sound analyzer comprises: first acquisition means (110) for acquiring living body sound information which indicates chronological change of a living body sound of a subject second acquisition means (120) for acquiring noise information which indicates an external noise which is generated from the surrounding of the subject and output means (200) for, based on a non-coincidence component which does not coincide with a prescribed component included in the noise information in a prescribed period, out of prescribed components included in the living body sound information in the prescribed period, outputting noise information which indicates noise included in the living body sound.
