PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide awareness to the fact that there is suspicion of sleep apnoea syndrome by a simple method.SOLUTION: A time display device 100 having an alarm function includes: a microphone 120, an alarm setting button 141 an alarm stop button 144 and a controller for executing control so as to start the detection of sound by the microphone 120 with the fact that setting is performed by the alarm setting button 141 as a trigger, and to end the detection of sound by the microphone 120 when the set time is reached and the alarm is output.
