A structure of spine filler block is provided for installation between vertebral endplates of human spine to serve as an artificial intervertebral disc and comprises a pair of upper and lower bearing plates that are spaced and arranged in parallel with each other and a resilient plate diagonally connecting opposite edges of the upper and lower bearing plates, whereby the three plates form a body that has a sideway cross-section generally showing a Z-shape and the body of the spine filler block shows capability of elastic deformation in a vertical direction. The capability of elastic deformation allows of minute self adjustment to a suitable filling height after implantation into an intervertebral space, thereby simplifying the surgical operation and improving success rate of operation. Further, the elastic cushioning feature of the spine filler block provides natural moveability and movement range to the intervertebral disc of the treated site to maintain the performance provided by original joint between upper and lower vertebras and ensures comfortableness of spine movement of the patient.一種脊椎填充塊構造,係用於安裝在人體脊椎之相鄰兩椎體終板間作為人造椎間盤,其包含一對保持間隔而平行設置的上墊板與下墊板,以及一斜向連接於前述上、下墊板的對向邊緣之彈性板,使前述三板連接組成一側向截面略呈Z字型的本體,並使該脊椎填充塊的本體具有上、下方向的彈性變形能力;藉該彈性變形能力以便植入椎間後可自行微調成適宜的填充高度,以簡化手術操作及提升手術成功率,並利用該脊椎填充塊具備的彈性緩衝特性以提供治療部位的椎間盤自然的活動能力與運動範圍,以維持上下椎骨間原有關節所提供的效能,並確保患者脊椎活動時的舒適性。1...上墊板2...下墊板3...彈性板4...鋸齒狀紋路5...唇緣
