A structure of spine filler block is provided for installation between vertebral endplates of human spine to serve as an artificial intervertebral disc and comprises a pair of upper and lower bearing plates that are spaced and arranged in parallel with each other and a resilient plate diagonally connecting opposite edges of the upper and lower bearing plates, whereby the three plates form a body that has a sideway cross-section generally showing a Z-shape and the body of the spine filler block shows capability of elastic deformation in a vertical direction. The capability of elastic deformation allows of minute self adjustment to a suitable filling height after implantation into an intervertebral space, thereby simplifying the surgical operation and improving success rate of operation.
