Disclosed is an introducer sheath assembly which can sufficiently fix a sheath tube which has been introduced into a puncture site so that the sheath tube is not displaced. The disclosed introducer sheath assembly (21) has an introducer sheath (25) provided with: a sheath tube (23) which is introduced into a puncture site on a limb； and a sheath hub (24) which is mounted on the base side of the sheath tube. The introducer sheath assembly further has: a band body (40) which is connected to the sheath hub and is wrapped around the limb； and a fixing member (50) which fixes the band body in place when the band body is wrapped around the limb.
