A thermal treatment device for forming a micropore in a barrier has a micro-heater component with at least one micro-heater with a thermal member having a base end and a tip end. The device also has an ablation material in the at least one micro-heater and a power supply component for activating the micro-heater component. The ablation material expands in response to the activation in order to mechanically puncture the barrier to a first depth without thermally inducing ablation of the barrier and the micro-heater component enlarges the first depth of the micropore to a second depth and/or produces an improvement in at least one physiological property of the micropore.Linvention concerne un dispositif de traitement thermique conçu pour former un micropore dans une barrière, ledit dispositif présentant un micro-élément chauffant avec au moins un microréchauffeur présentant un élément thermique possédant une extrémité de base et une extrémité de pointe. Le dispositif présente également un matériau dablation contenu dans le ou les microréchauffeurs et un élément dalimentation destiné à activer le micro-élément chauffant. Le matériau dablation se dilate en réponse à lactivation de manière à percer mécaniquement la barrière à une première profondeur sans induire dablation thermique de la barrière et le micro-élément chauffant agrandit la première profondeur du micropore à une seconde profondeur et/ou produit une amélioration dau moins une propriété physiologique du micropore.
