PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the percentage of air content (overrun) in inline continuously and with high accuracy in manufacturing food and beverage containing air bubbles represented by ice cream, whip cream and the like.SOLUTION: The density of a mix entraining air bubbles flowing in a pipeline and the pressure in the pipeline in which the mix entraining air bubbles flows are measured.
