Disclosed is an apparatus for controlling the density of carbon dioxide and a storage capable of regulating an air composition using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for controlling the density of carbon dioxide includes: an absorbing part in which carbonized materials that generate or absorb carbon dioxide according to the temperature is contained a carbon dioxide density measuring part provided to measure the density of carbon dioxide and a heating part provided to heat the absorbing part according to the density of carbon dioxide measured by the carbon dioxide density measuring part. The storage capable of regulating an air composition using the apparatus for controlling the density of carbon dioxide includes a storage main body and the apparatus for controlling the density of carbon dioxide. The storage main body is equipped with a temperature controlling means and has an inner space to store goods.
