A method for obtaining androgynous calluses of sugar beet in vitro includes cold pretreatment of anthers, planting the anthers onto a nutrient medium with macro-micronutrients and adding IAA, IBA, NAA, 2,4-D and BAP, cultivating the anthers in darkness after planting, cultivating the anthers after forming calluses, 3-4-time passivation of the calluses onto the medium with the other hormonal composition. Generative stems with flower buds, separated from sugar beet seed crops, submerged into water, or a solution of macro-micronutrients after Murashige-Skoog prescription in a full dose or diluted in a cold chamber by 2-4 times, are used as explants for the cold pretreatment. The anthers are planted onto modified Murashige-Skoog medium, comprising ½ dose of micronutrients and full dose of micronutrients, boron in double dose, adding vitamins according to Gamborg and ascorbic acid, amino acids: glutamic, asparaginic acids, tyrosine, arginine, hydroxyproline, growth regulators, cultivating the anthers after sowing in darkness prior to appearance of callus, replanting thereof onto the second medium, in particular modified Murashige-Skoog medium, adding vitamins according to Gamborg and ascorbic acid, replanting the calluses in 15-30 days onto the third medium, in particular modified Murashige-Skoog medium, adding vitamins according to Gamborg and ascorbic acid, keeping thereof 1-2 months up to appearing first rootlets and buds.Спосіб отримання андрогенних калусів цукрових буряків in vitro включає холодову передобробку пиляків, висаджування пиляків на живильне середовище з макро-мікроелементами та додаванням ІОК, ІМК, НУК, 2,4-Д та БАП, культивування пиляків після висаджування в темряві, культивування пиляків після утворення калусів, 3-4-кратне пасивування калусів на середовища з іншим гормональним складом.
