PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sowing device in which the labor concerning sowing work is alleviated, and the operator of advanced age can efficiently carry out sowing of many seeds to the fixed depth for every one grain by low labor.SOLUTION: The sowing device includes: a guide pipe 1 which has a receiving port 12 for the seed injection at the upper end, and in which the lower end is opened as a seed discharge port 13c communicating with the receiving port 12 a shutter plate 3 which can be rocked to the direction which opens the seed discharge port 13c from a closing position which closes the seed discharge port 13c which is attached at the lower end of the guide pipe 1 and a flat ground plate 5 in which the bottom face thereof contacts with the surface of soil when the lower end of the guide pipe 1 is thrust into the soil.
