The present invention relates to a rice seed sower which comprises: a guide pipe having a perforated inner part and formed vertically a fixing frame coupled to the lower part of the guide pipe to fix the position of the guide pipe multiple dispersion pipes coupled and fixed to the fixing frame, and having a perforated inner part and an upper part connected to communicate with the lower part of the guide pipe, thereby receiving rice seeds which fall through the guide pipe and dropping and discharging the rice seeds to the ground and a sowing member formed on the lower part of the fixing frame, and digging up soil so that the rice seeds which fall to the ground through the dispersion pipes are easily sowed into soil, followed by recovering the soil which has been dug up. The rice seed sower digs up soil conveniently via a digging plate of the sowing member, allows rice seeds which are supplied through the guide pipe and dispersed and discharged through the multiple dispersion pipes to be dropped to the hollow ground, and transfers the soil which has been dug up to a soil covering plate via a guide plate so the ground where the rice seeds have been dropped is covered with the soil via the soil covering plate. Accordingly, rice seeds are induced to be conveniently sowed in a rice paddy so a large quantity of rice seeds can be sowed with a minimum labor force.
