The present invention relates to a novel production method of a thienopyrimidine compound which has an activity of selectively inhibiting tyrosine kinase, particularly mutant epithelial cell growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase； and to a new intermediate used in the method. According to the method of the present invention, a compound represented by chemical formula 1 which is useful as a therapeutic agent for non-small cell lung cancer induced by mutant epithelial cell growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase, can be industrially mass-produced more easily and efficiently than the prior art.본 발명은 타이로신 카이네이즈, 특히 변이성 상피세포 성장인자 수용체 타이로신 카이네이즈를 선택적으로 억제하는 활성을 갖는 싸이에노피리미딘 화합물의 신규 제조방법 및 이에 사용되는 신규한 중간체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따라, 변이성 상피세포 성장인자 수용체 타이로신 카이네이즈에 의해 유발된 비소세포성 폐암의 치료 약제로서 유용한 화학식 1의 화합물을 종래 기술보다 간편하며 효율적으로 공업적 대량생산이 가능하게 되었다.
