The present invention relates to a bioscaffold sterilising composition comprising slightly acidic electrolyzed water as an active ingredient, and to a bioscaffold sterilisation method using same. The slightly acidic electrolyzed water according to the present invention has superior sterilising effects and immunizing antigen removing effects and has very little effect on extracellular matrices such as glycosaminoglycans and collagen and scaffolds that have been sterilised using the slightly acidic electrolyzed water have a highly outstanding cell engraftment ability and can advantageously be used without any toxicity in the sterilization of bioscaffolds.Linvention concerne une composition de stérilisation de bio-échafaudage comprenant de leau électrolysée légèrement acide en tant quingrédient actif, et un procédé de stérilisation de bio-échafaudage au moyen de la composition. Selon linvention, leau électrolysée légèrement acide présente des effets de stérilisation élevés et des effets délimination dantigène dimmunisation, et très peu deffets sur des matrices extracellulaires, telles que des glycosaminoglycanes et du collagène et comprend des échafaudages qui ont été stérilisés au moyen de leau électrolysée légèrement acide présentant une aptitude très exceptionnelle de prise de greffe cellulaire et qui peuvent avantageusement être utilisés sans toxicité quelconque pour stériliser des bio-échafaudages.본 발명은 미산성 전해수를 유효성분으로 포함하는 바이오 스캐폴드 살균용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 바이오 스캐폴드의 살균 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 미산성 전해수는 살균효과, 면역항원의 제거 효과가 뛰어나고, 글리코사미노글리칸, 콜라겐 등 세포외 기질에 미치는 영향이 매우 적고, 상기 미산성 전해수로 살균한 스캐폴드는 세포 생착 능력이 매우 우수하고 어떠한 독성도 없어 바이오 스캐폴드의 살균에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
