PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy device in which an error of a collimator to be used in treatment is prevented reliably.SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy device 1 includes: a neutron radiation generation unit M for generating neutron radiation N； a collimator 10 mounted in the neutron radiation generation unit M, and defining an illumination field of the neutron radiation N； an electric resistance unit 30 provided in the collimator 10, and having electric resistance corresponding to the diameter of an opening 10a of the collimator 10； an electric resistance measurement unit 15 for measuring an electric resistance value of the electric resistance unit 30； and an irradiation control system 20 for controlling the irradiation of the neutron radiation N through the collimator 10.
