Provided is a method for producing a material for a feedstuff additive, said method allowing the stable culturing of microorganisms which include large amounts of amino acids and which are used as a material for feedstuff additives. This method for producing a material for a feedstuff additive comprises: a first biotreatment step for obtaining a first biotreatment solution including dispersive bacteria by introducing an organic wastewater containing greater than or equal to 40 wt% protein into a first biotreatment tank and subjecting said organic wastewater to an aerobic biotreatment by means of bacteria； a second biotreatment step for obtaining a second biotreatment solution by introducing said first biotreatment solution into a second biotreatment tank and subjecting said first biotreatment solution to an activated-sludge treatment； a solid-liquid separation step for separating said second biotreatment solution into separated sludge and separated water； and a sludge separation step for obtaining a material for a feedstuff additive by taking out a portion of the sludge inside said second biotreatment tank and/or at least a portion of said separated sludge.L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une matière pour un additif alimentaire pour animaux, ledit procédé permettant la culture stable de micro-organismes qui comprend de grandes quantités d'acides aminés et qui sont utilisés en tant que matière pour des additifs alimentaire pour animaux.
