PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding type rice transplanter regulating the height position of a ground-leveling device so as to synchronize with the transplanting depth at a low cost.SOLUTION: The riding type rice transplanter is constituted as follows. Supporting stays 30 and 30 for supporting a seedling-carrying platform are stood on both terminals of a transplanting part frame 23 extended in the width direction of a transplanting part 15, and an interlock shaft 57 is supported between the supporting stays 30 and 30 so as to be freely turnable. A motor potentiobase 59 to which an actuator 54 for lifting and lowering a land-leveling rotor and a float swinging angle-detecting potentiometer 55 are attached is freely fitted to the interlock shaft 57, and a sector gear 67 meshing with an output gear of the actuator 54 for lifting and lowering the land-leveling rotor is also installed fixedly in the interlock shaft 57.
