PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool insertion tube through which can enhance the efficiency and safety of endoscopic treatment without sacrificing the viewing field by applying vibration to the treatment tool, and to provide an endoscope hood and an endoscope cap.SOLUTION: A treatment tool insertion tube through 40 includes a housing portion 45 provided in the midway of a treatment tool passing through path 41 and a vibrator 44 housed within the housing portion 45. The vibrator 44 is vibrated by energization. The vibration allows a treatment tool 48 passed through and led out from a treatment tool passing through path 41 to be vibrated in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the insertion portion. A first vibration absorber 45a for absorbing vibration transmitted from the vibrator 44 to the housing portion 45, is disposed within the housing portion 45.
