A water stopper 7 is arranged at a contacting position between the inner bowl 10 and the outer bowl 11. A passage 20 having a hollow shape is formed in inner section of a tube 2. An air entering end 201 of the passage 20 is communicated with outer section of the space section 12 of the bowl unit 1. An exhausting end 202 of the passage 20 is communicated with inner section of the space section 12 of the bowl unit 1.
