PURPOSE: A wound protection member using silk or wool, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer the improved permeability and drug sustained release property of a cover layer. CONSTITUTION: A wound protection member using silk or wool includes a cover layer(10), a drug layer(20), an adhesive layer(30), and a protection layer(40). The cover layer covers the wounded skin portion of a user, and is formed with the silk or wool. The cover layer includes plural pores(14) on one surface. The drug layer is for treating the wounded skin portion, and contains calcium arginate, a growth factor, or hyaluronic acid. The adhesive layer is attached to the other surface of the cover layer for fixing the cover layer to the wounded skin portion.
