<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling needle syringe with excellent handleability, for reducing the time and labor of treatment of transfusion or the like. <；P>；SOLUTION: In the indwelling needle syringe W including a hollow cylindrical shaft body 1 the both ends of which are penetrated, a hollow cylindrical soft outer needle 2 mounted on the distal end part of the shaft body 1, a hard inner needle 3 freely removably inserted into the cylinder of the outer needle, and an inner needle unit 30 housed inside the cylinder of the shaft body 1 and holding the rear end of the inner needle 3, a connection part 40 for connecting a transfusion tube communicating with a container housing the transfusion is provided to the rear end part of the shaft body 1, the inner needle unit 30 is maintaining the distal end part of the inner needle 3 in the state of being projected to the front from the outer needle 2, and when receiving an operation from a user, is retreated to the rear end side of the shaft body 1 to retreat the projected distal end part of the inner needle 3 and house it inside the shaft body 1 and communicates a transfusion line from the outer needle 2 through the inner needle 3 to the transfusion tube. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
