PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a float for fishing which is capable of producing a high-quality float with a high product yield.SOLUTION: A capsule into which thermosetting synthetic resin, a foaming agent, and a curing agent are injected, is sealed by butting a divided surface of an upper half portion on a divided surface of a lower half portion, and the upper half portion and the lower half portion are ultrasonically fused by applying ultrasonic vibration to the capsule. In this way, the capsule can be securely assembled with excellent finish in a short period of time. Furthermore, since the thermosetting synthetic resin, foaming agent and curing agent are stirred by ultrasonic vibration, the problem of a conventional method that a float body becomes lighter at the final shot than at the initial shot can be solved, and as a result, high-quality floats can be produced with a high product yield.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】高品質なウキを高い製品歩留まりで製造可能な釣り用ウキの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】下半部の分割面に上半部の分割面を突き合わせ、熱硬化性合成樹脂と発泡剤と硬化剤とが注入されたカプセルを封止し、カプセルに超音波振動を付加して上半部と下半部とを超音波溶着する。これにより、短時間で確実かつ仕上がりも良好にカプセルを組み立てできる。しかも、カプセル内に注入された熱硬化性合成樹脂と発泡剤と硬化剤とを超音波振動により撹拌して発泡させるため、従来法の課題であった、初回ショット時より最終ショット時のウキ本体の方が軽量化する点を解決ができる。これにより、高品質なウキを高い製品歩留まりで製造できる。【選択図】図1
