PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation which can exhibit therapeutic efficacy, scarcely peels off from various areas of the body because of having high stretchability and so fitting ability, can provide a large area for the percutaneous absorption of active ingredients, can reduce the tendency of the constituent pressure-sensitive adhesive to chemically irritate a lesion, and can reduce the tendency to irritate the skin due to e.g., stuffiness because of its ability to enhance air permeability, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The method for producing the external preparation comprises the injection step of dissolving a pharmaceutically effective chemical ingredient in any one medium selected from among a supercritical fluid, a subcritical fluid, and liquid water of a temperature above 100°C and bringing the medium in which the chemical ingredient is dissolved into contact with a carrier to inject the chemical ingredient together with the medium into the carrier.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】治療上有効な薬効を発揮することができ、かつ伸縮性に富み、体の各部にフィットして脱落しにくく、さらに有効成分の経皮吸収面積を大きくすることができ、しかも粘着剤による患部への化学的刺激を低減することができ、通気性を高めることができるため蒸れ等による皮膚刺激を低減できる外用剤及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】薬学的に有効な化学成分を、超臨界流体、亜臨界流体、又はその温度が100℃を超える液体状態の水のいずれかより選択される媒体に溶解させ、該化学成分を溶解した該媒体を担体に接触させることにより、該化学成分を該媒体と共に、担体に注入する注入工程を含むことを特徴とする外用剤の製造方法。【選択図】なし
