A method for automatically squeezing tea leaves, which comprises the following steps: picking, water-removing, curing, squeezing, deblocking and drying. The tea farmer places the tea leaves into a closed space of an automatic tea forming machine after the tea leaves are cured, and then squeezes the tea leaves into blocks by using a mechanical arm, and finally separates the tea leaves by using a deblocking machine.
